The rear lift gate is not functioning correctly. I believe

Customer Question

The rear lift gate is not functioning correctly. I believe the screw/bolt came out of the arm that raises and lowers the door. How can I access that bar to replace the bolt?
JA: What is the model/year of your Nissan?
Customer: 2008 Nissan Quest
JA: Are you fixing your Quest yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I'd like to, I just need to know how to access the bar. I need to remove the panel that covers the bar (where the rear button is located for the lift gate).
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: No

I can open the cover enough to see where the bolt is missing. I was hoping I'd find the missing screw when I opened it up, but no such luck. Do you know if there is a pic of the arm assembly online somewhere? I haven't been able to find one, but I'm sure I'm not searching using the correct language.
