Hello my name is ***** ***** thank you for your question.

I would try to clean the battery terminal connections and jump start the car. It sounds simply like a weak battery.

The lights flickering is a indication of a weak battery. It is possible for the ignition to be turned on and components to work, but when trying to start, that is when you would have issues since the starter is the biggest draw on the battery.

So lets try cleaning the battery terminals and jump starting the car and see if it starts. Car batteries normally are only good for around 3 to 4 years. So if the battery is around that old, you could be due for a battery.
