I appreciate you sending me the owners manual, but it only has the info for a vehicle with a screen. This is a base model with no screen.

turn the radio off turn the car to acc or on and hold down he display button for 5-10 seconds this will bring up the settings menu

I found the information on 3-7,3-8 on the owners manual all I had to do was hold the lock button and the unlock button for two seconds and ... done.
