I had my blower heater replaced and now my headlights don't

Customer Question

I had my blower heater replaced and now my headlights don't work. I have highbeams but that's all
JA: Have you checked the fuses? Have you checked the bulbs?
Customer: Yes. I was told everything was good
JA: What is the model/year of your Nissan?
Customer: 2002 infiniti I35
JA: Are you fixing your I35 yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: My uncle replaced the blower heater. If this is something I can do myself I will do the work
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: Just that I had lights before the blower was replaced

Hey there, thanks for the question. If the high beams work that's a good indication that it may be just a fuse. The hi and low beam fuses in the IPDM are different. Did you check them?
