The code P1610 in most cases usually means the immobilizer doesn't recognize the key usually do to it having lost programming. Have you tried using your spare key? If you have one and its programmed try the reset, Use a programmed key and turn on the ignition switch, wait 5 seconds and turn off the ignition switch. Repeat this procedure 3 times and then the engine should start. Give this a try and let me know the results.

Okay then the next steps is going to require having either a lock smith check your programming and or your dealer. The code P1610 say the system is not reading your keys.
