I borrowed a friends Rogue and I went to adjust the steering

Customer Question

I borrowed a friends Rogue and I went to adjust the steering wheel. I pulled the lever under it but now it won't re engage again. The steering wheel is moving up and down. How do I get it to re engage?
JA: How has the car been driving lately?
Customer: Perfect
JA: What year is your Rogue?
Customer: I think it's a 2015.
JA: Are you fixing your Rogue yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I have tried to find a position for the steering wheel to be in that would allow the lever to re engage. Wether I fix it myself depends on if I can get the lever back up
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: No

Hello and welcome to just answer and allowing me to assist you. I will give you a link for this adjustment. Some times you have to wiggle it a bit and is a little stiff https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BODT3dZAKC8
