Hello my name is ***** ***** thank you for your question.

When you turn the key to the On position, is the security light on solid? Also how did you verify you are not getting fuel and injector pulse?

Does the fuel pump fuse get power?

Expert:  Jay replied 2 months ago.

You can't communicate with the Ecm?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.

Customer: replied 2 months ago.

Expert:  Jay replied 2 months ago.

If you can't communicate with the Ecm, it sure does sound like a Ecm issue. I can certainly provide you with the Ecm terminal layout if you would like to go thought it to verify. But it sure does sound like a Ecm to me..

Let me know..

Expert:  Jay replied 2 months ago.

I can also give you the fuel pump wiring diagram to see if the Ecm is grounding the Fuel pump relay
