Most likely a throttle body failure, after installing a new or used one the vehicle will have to be programmed at a Nissan dealership. Please Accept and Rate my answer, if you have further questions I will continue to answer your questions until you are completely satisfied with my answers.

Not always, but will show up on a live data scanner with skewed readings for fuel trim, and throttle position sensor, needs to be diagnosed at a dealership, slight possibility of CVT transmission internal failure as well. There are no recalls that I have access to, but the dealer might by vin # once your vehicle is present at their facility.
