Hi there I will try and assist you with your issue
Expert:  Brian Barr replied 5 months ago.
There are alot of issues with the blower motor amplifier under the dash but first things first you need to get a amp clamp and check the amp draw from the blower motor on the B+ wire.

The blower motor works on all speeds as long as the a/c button isn't touched so the amplifier is a separate part from the bcm?
Expert:  Brian Barr replied 5 months ago.
the amplifier is not part of the bcm it is a separate module for the blower motor that controls blower speeds.
