Could it be the low beam relay?
JA: Have you checked the bulbs and fuses?
Customer: Yes they are fine, both lights went out at the same time
JA: What is the model/year of your Nissan?

Did you check the low beam head light fuses? Do you have a Test light?

Are the fuses good and getting power on both sides of the fuse? Did you check to see if the low beam circuit at the bulb was getting power when the head lights are on low?
