Hello my name is ***** ***** thank you for your question.

Did you delete your phone from the car and delete the car from your phone before you started the re-pair process? Also what kind of Iphone is this?

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
I disconnected my phone from the car only and not on my phone which is an Apple 4s I think.

Iphones are the most common phone to have problems.

Try deleting the phone from the car, and delete the car from your phone. Then turn off your phone and reboot it. Then try the Pairing process again and let me know if that works?
