I have a 2005 Nissan Altima 2.5. The AC blower motor does

I have a 2005 Nissan Altima 2.5 . The AC blower motor does not come on on any speed. 2nd Fuse down on inside of car fuse panel for fan motor blows instantly when ignition switched on. Swapped out switch control panel on dash. And hot wired motor it seems to run on low when hot wired . I unplugged resistor the motor and removed all the relays . It still blowing fuses when switch turned on. What can it be?

There is a blower motor resistor on bottom of that blower motor we need to check

you mean, you removed the blower motor resistor and what fuse keeps blowing ?

The fuse is in main fuse block in car under dash drivers side . There are two fuses for fan motor in the upper left hand corner. It is the second fuse down on the left. It blows with or with out blower motor resistor plugged in.
