Hello my name is ***** ***** thank you for your question.

There are two possibilities in how your key is programmed. The 2002 was the first year that went to the 5 digit pin that had to be decoded, or it may have had the factory 4 digit pin. To determine this you need to look at the BCM front sticker to see if the 5 digit pin is on there.

Do you know where the BCM is located under the dash? and can you take a picture of it so I can see if it has the 5 digit pin?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
I have a pic of the BCM

cool, can you share it with me so I can see it?

can I get a little better and more clear picture of the whole bcm sticker?

Also what software are you using to program the key?

The FLN001 is not right and the J1690 is on every bcm..

let me know if you can see that image.

I can see it
Expert:  Jay replied 8 months ago.

That is the 5 digit pin location on the sticker. If it's not on the sticker, then it has to be read using the scanner called a pin read

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
Heres the BCM Sticker
Expert:  Jay replied 8 months ago.

The 5 digit pin is not on the sticker. Does your scanner have a ability to do a pin read?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
but when I got into the in BCM Code Reader and go through the instructions is says ECU Not Detected
Expert:  Jay replied 8 months ago.

Do you have the key ON when you do that?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
Expert:  Jay replied 8 months ago.

did you check all fuses?

Does any key start the car?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
I did not check fuses. Vehicle Cranks but will not start. Has Codes P1612 & P1610. Customer only had 1 key. I bought new key and had it cut, but I need to program it
Expert:  Jay replied 8 months ago.

does the one key they have work?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
NO
Expert:  Jay replied 8 months ago.

Then you could have a blown fuse or a computer problem keeping you from programming the key.

Does the engine fans come on when the key is turned on?
