found it, sorry for the delay. In the under hood fuse box, if you go under hood, passenger side you have a fuse box, shown as relay box #2 in the diagram I have attached, You are looking for the 10 amp fuse shown as fuse 61 in the picture I also included, You may have blown that fuse, Swap it out to be sure, if no go on lights? then healdight switch is likley gone bad
