My car won't start
JA: Does the engine turn over? How old is the battery?
Customer: used intellignet key, but it won't unlock door, so took mechanical jey out and did it that way

Customer: tried putting the inteligent key in the slot on left under the sterring wheel, but that didn't work

Customer: my battery has failed on me twice before, and once recently. But someone tried to jumpstart, and that didn't help. plus the lights went on and were strong.

One person told me it was the intelligent key, but I switched the battery and it still does not work. Tried jumping it, still won't work.
Another person said it may be an issue with the push start, and that the problem may be the switch under the dash.
I went online it seems the steering lock is an issue.
