What color wires are you checking for power on the alternator and how are you checking for power?

Check or replace the fuse K in the fuse block. If you have no voltage at the alternator larger wires, B and S white wires, then it appears the fusible link between the alternator and the battery is burnt up. It should be the black fusible link.
