Customer Question

I currently driving a nissian altima 2.5 2008, while I'm on the hwy it losses power and then puts me on the side of the road for a few minutes. And then I turn it off and back on it pulls of very slow and makes a loud whining sound. I still have a 5hr trip.

Hello, my name is***** you for the question. The most common issue is the crank position sensor. These fail all of time. When they do the computer loses the RPM signal and the engine will lose power and can stall. It can also be a cam sensor, but those do not fail as often. I hope this helps. Please let me know if you need further assistance.
