Frontier profour x: what causes the brake pedal to mushy on

Customer Question

what causes the brake pedal to mushy on my 2015 nissan frontier crew cab profourx?

Mushy brake pedals can be caused by a few things. Always make sure the brake fluid is full and you have some pad left otherwise it draws excess fluid in the calipers when braking. If the fluid looks good then the problem is likely air in the brakes lines (bleeding may fix this) or a problem with the brake master cylinder. Let me know how else I can help. thanks.
