There really isn't a Starter relay. There is a Park/Neutral Position Relay.

This never really goes. Does the starter not engage? Do you have a volt meter?

It's called a PNP Relay. These relays never go. This relay allows power to flow to the starter when the vehicle is put in park or neutral. But I can look up it's location for you
