Do you have a test light to check fuses?
No, There is no fuse on the back of the Radio.
Test lights are not that expensive and very effective on checking fuses to see if they are blown and to see if they are getting power.
Amp meter really is not a effective way to check fuses.
If all fuses are good, and getting power, you are most likely dealing with a internal radio issue.
You have 3 choices. Either find a Used Radio you can install. Send this one out for repair, or remove it and install a after market radio and get more up to date features such as Bluetooth, USB and IPod.
The cheapest is probably to put a after market radio in the car.
