I am working on a 2003 350z . I lost all power to my heat and ac control. They don't even light up with the dash lights.

Ok, I see these fuses power the Unified meter and a/c amplifier, the fuses 10, 11, 12 and 19 in the fuse block j/b, so check them if you have not already.

I do see that fuse 12 and 19 again, so it may be one of those two.

Was it one of those 12 or 19 blown?

No fuses blown. The blower is on high heat all the time.

Even with the switch off and/or key off?

If so, I believe that unified meter is at fault. It's the only thing that is supposed to have voltage to it from a fuse all the time, with both the key off and heater/blower switch off.
