Hey there, if you turn the key to ON position does the condensor fan come on?

did anything happen prior to the no start condition?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
when switch on the condendor fan stays on , no but 3 weeks ago i changed the tcm and reprogramed it due to burning the fuse and the no crank condition but after i change it, it ran fine until couple days ago i was driving and the it acted like it was loosing power then the next morning it didnt crank and when i switch it on it seems like the light on cluster brightens then dim constatly

the cluster brightening and dimming could be a battery issue, but that wouldn't explain the condenser fan and U1000.

Generally when you have a U1000 code and a no start condition with the condenser fan on, it's a pretty straight forward indicator that you have a control unit failure. Control units that specifically will cause a NO CRANK condition are the IPDM and the TCM.

SO ideally you want to check power to these modules and verify their fuses are in tact.

if all is well the way to find out exactly which one is bad is with a scan tool and performing CAN diagnostics to see which module is not responding.
