ok 1999 nissan pathfinder today i loock my door and forget key inside de car ,take wire push swith door open but alarm on horn and head light too car staission no but transmission no runing good

Picking the lock of your car will set the alarm, so that's normal.

Starting the vehicle or locking ALL THE DOORS AND REAR HATCH then manually unlocking the drivers door will disarm the alarm.

The alarm has no effect on the transmission though. Not sure what your talking about there.

my opinion someting wrong red light in front dash is off when y open door alarm start flashing head light and horn and no stop in this moment engine start good but when running i feel only one speed

There is only 1 speed then the vehicle is in limp mode.

if the alarm is sounding you need to disarm it like i mentioned first.
