Hello

you will have to turn the engine over twice to get it all to line up again, should kine up every 2nd turn?

as a good check, if it all turns over by hand OK then I'd spin it over on the starter to do a compression test on all cylinders

if the cam timing is right then they will all be within 10-15 psi of each other

it is actually 16 to 20 revolutions.

Hello

OK if it needs that many turns to line up then the timing is out on the crank pulley and I'd next do the compression test to confirm this
