Hey there, before we proceed can you let me know what led up to this condition? were you having these problems before the battery change? did you accidently hook the leads up to the battery backwards? or anything of that nature?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Had to replace the key fob. It had not been programed yet. No did not cross anything drove it 10 mins before and was fine. Got back in and completely dead. Hooked charger up to it and lights started going crazy. Put new battery in.

If all was well before a new battery, try removing the battery cables and holding them together for 2 minutes to reset the modules.
Reconnect them and let me know if there are still problems.

Do you have the push button start or regular key?
When you have the ignition to the ON position do you notice anything weird like the security light in solid or the condenser fan coming on?
