Armada SE: 2007 Nissan armada won't start. Alternator is good,

Customer Question

2007 Nissan armada won't start. Alternator is good, starts when jumped. Battery is good. What is the fuse box attached to the positive terminal? One side reads the same as the battery and the other side (rear) reads 1/2 the battery. Is that normal?
