"03 Nissan Altima 3.5 auto" car idle find but when car heat up a bit whether in park or trying to drive rpm will not go above around 1500 - 2000 or around 15-20 mph right now there are no code or engine lights i search then and lead me to change maf that was a waist of money any help would be great

Hi there, thanks for your question.
Well don't beat yourself up because without checking fuel trims to verify the symptoms your experiencing are classic MAF failure symptoms.
Aside from that on these engines if you unplug the crank sensor it will do a similar fail safe like your experiencing.
You don't have any codes at all?
Could be a couple things honestly, throttle or APP sensor issue or failed crank sensor even. Generally all of these throw codes by not always. Do you have access to anyone with a scan tool?

today went out replaced the maf i also did the rest 3sec 7sec 10sec thing and no no code yet but when started i just drove it home at 5mph try not to rev it ti high i have not put to much stress on it so i don't think it trowing a code

Most the things that will cause this are very difficult to meter test.

No fuel trims or anything of that nature?
I have seen issues on these cars where cam sensors make the car stick in 5th gear and you have no power, I have also seen crank sensor failures cause limp mode that own't allow over 2500rpms, and I have seen issues with the throttle and APP sensors causing REV issues but with no codes ot data to work with its going to be very difficult to diagnose from here.
If you have a volt meter we can do a couple tests with the throttle and with the APP sensor, but the cam and crank sensors require a lab scope or oscilloscope to get a reference.

yes i can see live data i notice when i drove it to day at first startup i was able to get a little more power but then it drop in like 1min and couldnt even get over 5mph

What kind of tool is that? the readings are all over the place.
You bank 2 fuel trims are way out of whack, your MAF reasings are not even on the chart lol.
Your intake air temp is reading 158 degrees, its says your vehicle speed 255km/h

BAD ECM's can do weird things, but a BAD ECM is not giving you those crazy readings. I think it may be the scanner programming code or something is misinterpreting the incoming data.
That or you MAF is bad and you have fuel dumping in bank 2.

went to check again and the OBD started acting up so I open the one I brought and it was working then went black now I have no power to the OBD the trunk open light is blinking and will not shift out of park

They only thing that's really off and it's not extremely bad though is the bank 2 fuel trims. The car is running lean on bank 2 so it's over correcting. It's not bad enough to cause your symptoms though, it's probably a small intake or exhaust manifold leak.

Yea your in limp mode, it's a fail safe.
And just based off the data you got I can't tell why really.
Your MAF looks to be working and your speed sensor from what I can tell.
