The links below are the brake bleed procedures, starting with bench bleeding the master cylinder. If equipped Load Sensing Valve (LSV) is at the rear differential make sure the sensor spring is intact and present. If you need an image of the LSV for spring placement let me know.

I found the ABS Module, late last night and figured out how to get everything bled out before reading your info. The links you posted, I am sure are good info on this but, I do not need them now.
