NISSAN ALTIMA: I have a 2002 Nissan Altima, and the problem

This answer was rated:

I have a 2002 Nissan Altima, and the problem that I am having is that it will start, run for about a minute and then just everything dies. I can disconnect the battery and replace it and everything comes back on. Even if I don't start the car, but leave the key on it will do the same thing after about a minute. What is causing the electrical system to shut down?

NISSAN TECH :

hi check the negative battery cable they brake off where the cable bolts to the trans

Customer:

This you think could be the reason it runs and shuts all electrical systems down?

NISSAN TECH :

yes

Customer:

ok will have to jack it up and get under there tomorrow in day light

NISSAN TECH :

ok let me know do you have more questions

Customer:
