Welcome to JA! I am Carguy1 and I will assist you today.
Hi there!
Does the engine crank and not fire? Or no cranking at all?

Customer replied 271 days and 23 hours ago.

No cranking at all. All the lights on the dash come on, and the radio works though.

Ok, I would start with a jump. leave the donor car on it for about 15 minutes, then see if the engine will crank.
Also, check and make sure the car is in park all the way. If you had to move the shifter and it's an auto, that may cause the problem.
Give this a try and let me know.

Ok, you sir are deserving of my money. The shifter was in the "P" position, but it wasn't completely in park. I put it in neutral then back in park and it worked. Thank you!
