Having trouble uploading the diagram .Its located under the passenger dash .It can also be a broken mode blend door which is an expensive repair.Was there any work done prior to this issue?

Yes sorry I'm having issues uploading it . It looks like this under passenger dash . If this is operating its the blend door itself is damaged .
