I want to know if I have to buy the whole hinge assembly which would cost me close to 100$ to get here delivered or if I can get away with replacing only one or two pieces inside it let's say

no you would have to buy each one either one on door or on the pillar or post! Yes they are pretty expensive!

no sorry about that but in your case they only come as a whole unit! I do know that some vehicles come with door hinge kits! But not that particular vehicle.
