Well the EVAP purge valve will tick when it's purging but it's not extremely loud and usually happens at hot idle. It could be the tensioner but again your vehicle is very new for such problems.

I highly suggest taking your vehicle to the dealership, It could be something to do with the valve train. I will give you some advise on how to approach the dealership so they wouldn't give you the good-old "it sounds normal".

When you take your vehicle to the dealership make sure that you talk to an adviser and possibly a technician or shop foreman if they have one, Make sure you open the hood and make them hear the noise that you hear. If you can't hear it because the engine is warm then tell them to leave the car parked for a while and then come back YOURSELF and have them start the engine cold in front of you and hear the noise. Otherwise they will start it a couple of times and not hear anything since the truck is warm and tell you can't find anything. That's just how the dealership works sometimes. It's essential that the noise happens with you witness so they can't deny anything, And if the noise was no there from mile 1 then it's not normal. make sure you make this point clear to them, You drive your car and you know what's normal and what's not.
