Hello I will help you with your question,
On the lower three speeds the blower current passes through the blower resistor. It sounds like your resistor has failed.
The resistor is in the bottom of the blower case next to the blower resistor. It has an electrical connector (follow the wiring from the blower motor) and a couple of screws that you remove and the resistor slides out of the blower case.
Replace the resistor and you should have your lower speeds back

Did you change the question?
I see you posted that the air does not blow in the lower speeds yet you say it does work in the lower speeds?
Maybe you can clarify your questions
Thanks
The aircondition comes on in lower speed but blower dose not blow air.
Are you saying the blower motor is running in all speeds but it seems the ducting is blocked?
George let me check the resistor, for thing this maybe problem. I would like to pay you the $18 for your advise. I hit the good service smiling face, gut nothing happens. What should I do?
Do not attempt to rate until I have provided some help for you. So far I am not sure what you have going on so the rating is disabled.
If the blower operates on all speeds then it is NOT the resistor.
If it seems that the ducting is clogged while the blower motor is running normally then lower the glove compartment by pressing the sides in and open the cabin filter compartment behind the filter. Pull the filter out and then try the blower motor on all speeds.
Let me know what you find so I can help
