There is no relay for the torque lock-up circuit on your transaxle, there IS a fuse for it though. It is a 10 AMP fuse and is shared between a few circuits "lamp check, inhibitor, lock-up solenoid, od cancel solenoid"
if you are looking at the fuse block, and you go to the bottom right corner, it is the second fuse from the bottom
the most bottom, most right fuse is the fuel pump, the lock-up fuse is one fuse above that one
