Billy :

Hello and thank you for using Just answer! I'm Billy and i will assist you with this. Feel free to ask if further info is needed.

Billy :

The two problems are related........

Billy :

In short, it is the fuel vapor control system causing these problems.

Billy :

If you remove the left (driver side) rear wheel protection fender, you will have access to this fuel vapor control system, so you check first its connectors, and the pipes, for any clogged, disconnected etc...and refit, or replace accordingly.

Billy :

If that does not cure the issue, you need to check as following:

Customer :

So I removed the Valve the hose did have some dust but not blocked I could blow of with no problem, the valve I tested with 12 volt and it does move also if I blow on the canister end there is good flow but if I blow harder it closes is that normal?

Billy :

The cannister has a small flow through it (so no need for big flows to pass).......if everything seems to be working and the hoses are good, then most likely the cannister requires replacing.

Billy :

Regards,
