I have everything removed from rotor and I cant get rotor to move

Hang one a couple seconds, real quick look over the instructions. Did you remove everything correctly?

Hello and thank you for using JustAnswer.com

Most likely the rotor is just stuck on there due to rust. If you tap the rotor with a hammer where I out lined in this image, it should pop off. Spray the center and whack where the arrows are. Just watch the studs. May want to just put the lugs on a few threads so you don't damage them.
