They are in the middle of the valve cover. You need to remove the coils to get to them. See the picture for the location.

thanks, XXXXX XXXXX take this too autro shop to do. I just know the basics. Will have to torque anything?

The plugs should be torqued, but honestly most people don't. Every bolt has a torque spec but like I stated normally is not done for a plug. To replace them will take about 1 1/2 hours I don't know your ability, but if un sure better off to go to a shop.
