I'd recommend bringing this to a shop to have them properly diagnose the problem otherwise I would recommend replacing both the C and D solenoids. Let me know if you have questions, thanks.

Relist: there is no proess for testing the circuit to fine out which pair of trnasmission is broke.

Dan is right in what he said , i've seen this problem many times due to bad connection at the harness down to the transmission , also seen many that have stuck open torque converter clutch solenoid valve , to check this you will have to remove transmission oil pan
to test give battery voltage to solenoid valve you should hear a clicking sound if not replace valve
