Customer: replied 7 years ago.
No. Nothing.
Do you have a test light or volt meter?

Let me know, Thanks Jay!
Customer: replied 7 years ago.

Yes

Well first thing I need you to do is unplug the blower motor. That is located on the passenger side under the dash behind the glove box. Once unplugged turn the key on, turn the blower on, and see if you have voltage there.

Let me know what you find. Thanks Jay!

I have power but yesterday I pulled the blower and wired it direct to the battery and it worked.
You have power getting to the blower Motor? What about ground? I know the blower is now good, but now we have to see what we are missing.

I will be away from my computer for around an hour, going to lunch. I will continue to assist you when I get back.

Let me know, Thanks Jay!

I do not have ground.
Ahh, ok. The variable blower controller is no good. That is what controls the fan speed and grounds the blower motor. Here is it's location.graphic
