Nissan Quest: oil leak..Replaced oil pan gasket last week

Resolved Question:

Nissan Quest 2004 oil leak. Replaced oil pan gasket last week. still drips not from gasket or filter. only drips when turned off and after at least an hour. drip is on the right side 5 " away from oil pan, any HELP! Thanks

Sounds like there is a bad valve cover gasket which may even be able to tighten this. Try putting your hand around the valve cover side and back on both sides and determine if there is any oil on it. If this is not clean then thats where the leak is at you will need to try and tighten if that doesnt stop the leak then you will have to replace the gaskets. Let me know if you have questions.
