This is usually caused by worn suspension components, need to check out the shocks front and back first. What you do is try bouncing the by pushing down on the bumper of the vehicle in the front and it should only bounce about 2 times if it keeps moving up and down more than 3 times the front shocks/struts are worn, same for the rear. If there is no excessive movement the next thing to check is the sway bar, bushings and links for any looseness or play.
