Im trying to remove the starter of my 1995 Nissan 200SX SE.

Resolved Question:

I'm trying to remove the starter of my 1995 Nissan 200SX SE. It's deep at the back of the engine and covered by the intake manifold so the only I reached it was going under. I've removed 2 screws already and the connection to the battery but it seems I can't remove the starter yet. I know I'm almost there but can somebody please help me to make this easier?

Hi there,

There should be 2 bolts holding the starter to the transmission housing. From the diagram you would notice 2 mounting points on the starter gear housing. You need to remove both before the starter can be dislodged.
