2002 altima: trouble with hot air. blower works, no leaks

Resolved Question:

2002 altima, having trouble with heater. no hot air. blower works, no leaks, flapper door works. don't seem to be getting flow thru core. can't find flow control valve.

OK.I think you should start by backflushing the heater core.If you disconnect the 2 hoses you can run a garden hose with decent pressure through the heater core.
Also,when you refill the car with coolant you need to have the front end quite high off the ground.If you don't then a air pocket developes and sits in the heater core.Car ramps work pretty good for this.
Once you have the heater core flushed and the system full you should have heat.There is no heater control valve on this car.
There is a small thermostat on the drivers side of the engine block.Check the hoses to the heater core,if they are cool this could be stuck open.
