Hello and thank you for using

There is a drain plug on the trans pan to drain the fluid. To put fluid back in, you have to fill through the dipstick tube. I believe a 10 mm bolt holds the dipstick locked in place. It will require Nissan's Matic J fluid. You probably only need 4 to 5 quarts. I put 3 1/2 in and check with truck running and in park. Also after putting fluid in, wait a few before checking, because, since you are putting fluid in through the dipstick, it could give you false readings.
