2004 Nissan Quest: The heater/AC fan..stays..automatic

Customer Question

The heater/AC fan on my 2004 Nissan Quest stays on high, even when the setting is for a lower speed (or automatic). If I turn the heater/AC, it will stay off. What is wrong or what needs to be fixed?
