Customer Question

Nothing yet! Considering buying a 2006 Infiniti G35 that has non-operating seat motors and was browsing here to see what estimated cost was. Previously owned an I30 that had a bad seat motor, wondering if this is an Infiniti thing? ! thanks for your time. (and given this, i'm going to have it inspected before I buy it).
JA: How many miles are on the car? Is it an automatic or a manual transmission?
Customer: 96000 miles, automatic
JA: Are you fixing your G35 yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I likely would not fix it myself. (but I might...) Buying for a guy who does a lot of his own work on it (brakes, etc) but he's moving and doesn't want to mess with it...
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: Sure: What are the big things to be on the lookout for for problems with a 2006 G35X?

Are you buying the car privately or from a dealer? Does any operation work on the seat?
