JA: Have you checked the fuse?
Customer: I AM SURE DEALERSHIP DID

Customer: 2005 Q45
JA: Are you fixing your Q45 yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: DEALERSHIP HAS ALWAYS TAKEN CARE OF ANY PROBLEM
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?

Hello my name is ***** ***** thank you for your question.

I am not there to verify if and what cable is bad. So lets start with some basic things I like to do with these type of issues.

First I always like to do a hard reset on the car. That is done by disconnecting the negative battery cable for 15 mins, then connect it. Then start the car and recheck operation with a clear view to the sky..

Let me know if that works...
