turn my car on and my strada screen says Hardware error, reboot or hit reset. Ok were is the reset button.
Optional Information: Make: Infiniti Model: G35 Already Tried: shutting off the engine and restarting it, same error message comes on. I bought this car a few years ago and it did not come a manual.

What model Navigation unit is it?
There was a malfunction in the amp. Press the reset switch on the system.RESET SWITCH IS LOCATED ON THE LOWER RIGHT HAND CORNER OF YOUR SYSTEMIMPORTANTPush the Reset switch only when the unit fails to operatewith any buttons. (Stored settings and adjustmentsare cleared.) If the unit fails to return to normal,contact the nearest Panasonic Servicenter and have itrepaired.Note: If the ID code has been already set, you will be askedto enter the ID code right after the unit is restarted. A noise may occur when the reset switch is pressed,but that does not indicate a malfunction.
