Customer Question

My 2007 G35 has 58K miles, recently I have noticed a high pitched squealing sound coming from the front left tire when making right turns. The noise is only there when making right turns and dissapears when turning the steering wheel left or in reverse.

Welcome to JA! I am Carguy1 and I will assist you today.
Check the front brakes. It is possible one of the warning tabs is hitting the rotor when it flexes when making the left turn.
That is normally a high pitched noise. You can also sometimes tell if you step on the brakes and the noise goes away. This pinches the tab so it can't squeak. If the sound stops, it is likely time for new brake pads.
Hope this helps!

Also when driving recently the red brake light will come on for 5-10 seconds when accelrating from a stop. The brake light will turn off, but afterwards the vdc off and slip light will come on
